| Description | Hi Jacky I'm not sure which issue is related to this issue. please clarify it via log and if it need to help to AML, please cast it to them. please see overall log. Especially, as you see MP4, It see a wrong screen at 17:10 on Nov.29th. ( The channel is No32. (MBC 드라마)) I also only heard it via jira site from SKB manager. so don't catch an accuracy time. but it seem to use with a separated screen on TV. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVQ-9500 Thanks | ||||

hi Kerwin.. This comment don't reproduce in v15.513.5 from SKB QA simply. but I'm not sure this issue is disappeared. Do you find any clue in a log file. if you have some comment, we can reply when it happen same issue again. Thanks. |

Hi Jason, In main_log.log.001, there are a lot logs about Live Player. hi kerwin so you mean this problem is related to AML or TVS? AML'S Player made a wrong display issue? if yes, please you ask it to AML. Thanks. |

hi kerwin I think this log is huge. Did you see only a log at my comment position ? or you don't find any clue in overall log ? but if you have some clue via this log, you need to clarify it. Could you can support this or not ? Thanks. |
